This website is operated by Quinta Da Vida . Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Quinta Da Vida . Quinta Da Vida offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Shipping & Deliveries :
We currently only ship to addresses located in Victoria, Melbourne, Australia.
As we are located in the south of Gippsland, posting fees may vary. Due to products traveling from regional Victoria into Metro areas or other regional areas of Victoria.
Certain items may not be eligible for shipping due to their fragile nature. Such items include Preserved Goods. However you can purchase these products at our wholesalers. For Quinta Da Vida’s wholesalers locations click here.
Quinta Da Vida cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when left in the designated area as specified by you. We recommend that your delivery is brought inside and stored correctly as soon as possible.
Orders to delivery to addresses in States, that are not in the delivery area will not be processed.
Delivery times and arrival of your order will depend on the following:
Postal service, your delivery address, Public Holidays, etc.
You will be sent an email with an estimated delivery time when you make your order. Your delivery day and time may be subject to change.
Orders placed on Public Holidays will be processed at a later date during normal business days. We do not deliver on Public Holidays and an alternative delivery day will be provided.
You must make all appropriate arrangements to assist and allow us to deliver your order, including obtaining any prior security, or other approvals which may apply to your delivery location.
In the event of delivery delays beyond our reasonable control, we will endeavour to provide you with notice of the delay as soon as reasonably possible. We will not be liable to you or any other person for any such delay.

Payment Terms :
Payment is due prior to delivery. If payment is not received,
your order is not complete and will not be processed till a payment is made.

Providing the payment is in our account prior to the day of delivery. Bank details will be supplied on the order confirmation email. Please use your order number as reference.
If no payment is received prior to delivery, your order may be cancelled.
GST & SUNDRIES :
We currently do not charge GST on our goods; however this may change in the future so please stay tuned for updates.
Sundries will be applied to each payment in the form of 5%, for both our wholesalers and consumers.

Order Cancellations :
We understand sometimes mistakes happen and you may have mis select an item or quantity. In that case you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to rectify the mistake with us via email. Or a cancellation fee of $10 applies for orders cancelled after the process time.
An additional 20% of total order value will be applied for orders cancelled after order has been packed and shipped out.
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation and refund of your order, if your order has been collected by our External Courier.
Credits, Refunds & Substitutions Policy :
Quinta Da Vida aims for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a product or our service we will exchange or credit the value of the item. Please notify us within 48 hours from time of delivery as we may not refund after this time has passed.
Quinta Da Vida understands that in the event of goods arriving damaged, we will replace the goods free of charge or a credit or refund will be issued.
To make a return, please inform us via email and the appropriate guide will be sent to you.
Our produce and products are subject to availability and we do not always know if a product is, or will be available for delivery at the time of accepting an order.
If we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered we may offer an adequate substitute.
