Why are some of your product names in another language?
Well that is simple, we are more than just Australian, We are also Portuguese and Italian. So we like to add a touch of our culture into all that we do. So you will notice some of our product names are in either Italian or Portuguese.
Do you have a physical store or is it just online?
For the time being we are an online store, who also sells our products at local Stores and Markets.

What is your most popular tea?
Although the classics are well loved, most people tend to go for our herbal blended tea for the healing properties and unique taste.
Do you only sell Tea?
Initially we started out selling our organic herbal teas, and then decided to branch out and provide consumers with our traditional goods. Now we are in the midst of product development in a few other categories such as spiritual, bath and beauty and gardening. So stay tuned for new products coming soon!
What is a lotion bar?
Well it ain’t soap that is for sure. So don’t use it in the shower. It’s a crafty little bar full of lovely aromas that you apply to your body, leaving just the right amount of natural oils for moisturisation.
Can anybody use our spiritual kits or is it just for that crazy aunt who thinks they are a witch?
Yes, of course anyone can use our Spiritual kits.
Magic is in all of us whether we know it or not. That is why we have created these kits to help harness our cosmic energy.
Do you ship products to all of Australia?
Currently we only offer shipping throughout Victoria. However we do have plans to expand our shipping capabilities.
Please be mindful we do not encourage shipping of preserved goods, due to their fragile nature.
Why should I buy your product instead of similar products at my grocery store?
Well with our products you know you are getting good quality and quantity for your money. You also can trust that your product includes healthy ingredients and nothing artificial or harmful to us or the environment. We aim to do the right thing by keeping our brand as Natural and Organic as we can.
What does Porto Da Vila mean?
Porto Da Vila, translated to English means Village Port.
We named our product this from an old folk tale our grandparents once told us about. About a lady who lived by the village port and during a time of great darkness, she saved her whole town by using herbal remedies. We thought it best represents the powerful properties this herbal guardian spray has to offer.

Are your preserved goods traditionally made?
Why yes they are. We use a close guarded recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation, over the years. We can remember going to our Nonna and Nonno’s house and walking into their cantina, to look at all there preserved goods.
They had everything there, from Wine, to Lupini, to Jam’s and so much more. It’s such a great memory and experience for us that we want to recreate their cantina and share our traditions with you all.
Why are your Shipping prices higher?
Due to the nature of our products and the location of our business (Regional Victoria), the cost of shipping is higher not only for you but for us. We apologise if this seems unfair, but I can assure you we make no profit on shipping at all. It’s simply just how much it cost, to send something as heartfelt and hand crafted, as our products to someone such as yourself.
